Mr. Warden's area of practice is civil litigation including Labor and Employment Law, Negligence, Products Liability, Corporate and Commercial Law, Contracts, Environmental Law, Condemnation and Appeals. Mr. Warden became a partner at Carlin & Ward, P.C. in August 2002. He was previously with Holovacs-Warden & Warden, and was a partner and associate with Carlin, Maddock, Fay, and Cerbone from 1990 through 1999. Mr. Warden received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers College in 1986, and his Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall Law School in 1989. He served a judicial clerkship with Honorable Stephen F. Smith, Superior Court Law Division, Morris County, 1989-1990. In 1990, Mr. Warden was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He was admitted to the United States Court of Appeals Third Circuit in 1992. He is currently a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, Morris County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Mr. Warden has handled litigation for Conoco Phillips, Tosco Corporation, Exxon/Mobil Corporation, Exxon Research & Engineering Corporation, Sika Corporation, Yale Associates, and APA Trucking.
