Scott A. Heiart Mr. Heiart joined the firm in 2005 as an associate in the eminent domain practice. He served as law clerk to the Hon. Maurice J. Gallipoli, Assignment Judge, New Jersey Superior Court in Hudson County. He was an associate with Sadis & Goldberg in New York from 2001-2002 where he assisted the firm's Corporate & Financial Services Group in advising clients on SEC and state regulatory filings. Prior to his law career, Mr. Heiart was employed by Bloomberg Financial Markets in Princeton, N.J., from 1998-2000. At Bloomberg, he was responsible for the creation and maintainance of an electronic database and managed the group responsible for forming a legal database of more than 600,000 attorneys and judges. Mr. Heiart has volunteered for Habitat for Humanity and the Special Olympics.
